On Wednesday March 5th crews from the Glen Moore and East Brandywine Fire Companies participated in a training program geared stricktly toward firefighter fitness. The class, instructed by G.M.F.C. Lt. Chambers, started with a classroom informational session talking about what we do to our bodies in the fire service. From there Lt. Great job by everyone!!!

Thank you to Lt. Chambers for the excellent instruction, E.B.F.C. for their participation, and G.M.F.C. photographer Fred Clarke for the photos.
